Absolutely! We understand that fit matters, and we want you to have the right person in your corner. While we take great care in extensively vetting our CEPs to ensure they are highly skilled, supportive, and aligned with our standards of excellence, we know that sometimes personalities or working styles don’t always click. If you feel like your CEP isn’t the best match for your needs, just reach out, and we’ll work with you to find a better fit.
How do I request a change?
It’s simple—just send us a quick message, and we’ll make the switch as smooth as possible. No awkward conversations, no stress—just the support you need from someone who truly aligns with your style and goals.
Will switching affect my progress?
Not at all—by the time you are assigned your CEP the 7-Day onboarding will be complete, and your website should be operational.
However, to ensure a smooth transition, a replacement CEP will need to have a strategy call with you to get fully up to speed with your business and establish rapport.
We hope that if any issues arise, clients and their CEP can work together to resolve them, but if a change is necessary, the strategy session for a replacement CEP has a low cost of $97, billed to the client.
If you decide your second CEP isn’t the right fit either, any additional CEP replacements will require another strategy session at our regular cost of $150.
Because we invest so much time and effort in selecting highly qualified, top-performing CEPs, most clients find that their initial match works out beautifully. But if you do need a change, we’re here to support you every step of the way!
